WordPress websites for recruitment agencies, from a clean site that makes a new agency look established to one that pulls live jobs from Bullhorn and sends candidates straight into Vincere. Quoted up front, live in 2 to 4 weeks, and you own everything.

Every project is different, so these are starting prices. You get a written quote before any work starts, then 50% to begin and 50% when you're happy with it.

A recruitment site has two audiences on the same pages. Employers need to trust you quickly, understand your sectors and get in touch. Candidates need to find relevant roles and apply in a couple of minutes. The site has to do both without confusing either. See what a recruitment agency website should include.
With Full integration, your website connects to your ATS through its API. Post a job in Bullhorn and it appears on your site. A candidate applies, and their record is created in your ATS with the CV attached, ready for whatever workflow you've set up. Nobody copies CVs by hand. See connecting Bullhorn to your website.
I connect to Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder and Mercury xRM, syndicate jobs to CV-Library and Indeed, and connect most other systems with an API. It's the same work as my API integration service, applied to recruitment. You can also check new clients automatically with the Companies House API.
Platforms like Volcanic work well when your needs match their template. When you need a particular ATS connection, your own candidate journey or a design that fits a premium brand, a custom WordPress build is more flexible, cheaper over time and yours to keep. See WordPress vs Volcanic and the best recruitment website platforms.
Most candidates start their search on Google, and Google shows job listings in its own panel at the top of the results. To appear there, each job page needs to be marked up in the format Google reads, with the title, location, salary and closing date in the right places. Every job board I build does this as standard, so your live roles can show up in Google's job results as well as on your site. It's the single biggest difference between a job board that brings in applications and one that only gets visited by people you've already sent there.
Sector and location pages do the same job for the agency itself. A page for "healthcare recruitment in Manchester" or "engineering jobs in Lancashire" gives employers and candidates something specific to find. See SEO for recruitment websites.
A recruitment site collects personal data on day one, so it's built with that in mind. CVs are sent securely and not left sitting in a public folder. Application forms say clearly what you'll do with the data and link to your privacy notice. If you use an ATS, the candidate record goes straight there, so CVs aren't copied into inboxes and spreadsheets. If you don't, applications can be deleted automatically after a period you choose. I'll set it up the way your data protection policy says, and I'm happy to work to your existing policy.

No. Starter and Professional work without one, with CVs and enquiries arriving by email. You only need Full integration if you want everything going straight into your ATS.
Professional gives you a job board you manage in WordPress, with applications sent by email. Full integration connects to Bullhorn or Vincere, so jobs appear on the site from your ATS, candidates are created automatically with their CV attached, and employer enquiries become contacts.
Probably. If it has an API or webhooks I can almost certainly connect to it. Send me the name and I'll confirm before quoting. I won't commit to something I can't deliver.
Yes. It's WordPress, so you can edit pages, add new ones and manage jobs without touching code. You get a handover when it goes live.
UK hosting, WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring, small edits and email support if something breaks. The first 3 months are included, then it's from £20 a month with no contract.
Job pages on the Professional and Full integration packages are marked up the way Google expects, with the title, location, salary and closing date, so live roles can appear in Google's job results as well as on your site.
Most recruitment sites are live within 2 to 4 weeks. Full integration depends on getting API access from your ATS provider, which I'll help you request on day one.
Yes, the code, the content and the domain. If you ever move on, you get everything you need to take it with you.
