This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
When you send the quote form, I store what you typed (your name, email or phone number, what you need, your budget and any details), the page you sent it from, the page that linked you there, and any campaign tags in the link. I use this to reply to you and to see which pages bring in work. The lawful basis is that you've asked me to get back to you.
If you contact me by WhatsApp, text or email instead, those messages are kept in that app or inbox.
The demo tools send what you type (a vehicle registration, company name or number, or postcode) to the official API they demonstrate: the DVLA, the DVSA, Companies House or HM Land Registry. Results are cached briefly to save repeat lookups, and nothing is linked to you. The Stripe demo uses Stripe's test mode only, and no card details are entered.
Only me. Your details are stored on the server that runs this site and emailed to me so I can reply. They're never sold or shared for marketing.
Enquiries are deleted from this site automatically after 12 months. If you become a customer, the records needed for invoicing and accounts are kept for as long as the law requires.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. Email paul@paul-walsh.co.uk and I'll deal with it within a month. If you're unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
